1.1.2 All Betting Limited pool entries are subject to Betting Limited’s betting rules as amended from time to time.
1.1.3 All Betting Limited pool bets are ‘pool’ or ‘pari-mutuel’ type bets whereby the winning return is calculated by reference to the money staked in the pool and the eventual number of winning bets.
1.1.4 There are no maximum limits to the amount of money that can be staked or won on a Betting Limited pool bet. (The size of the pool provides a natural limit to the available winnings).
1.1.5 All British football matches will be subject to the Football Association. Overseas football matches will be subject to the equivalent regulatory body of the relevant country. Decisions of the relevant authority as to the running and outcome of events will apply to all Betting Limited bets.
1.1.6 The timing of the declaration of dividends shall entirely be at the discretion of Betting Limited.
1.1.7 Betting Limited reserves the right to rectify errors in accepted bets regardless as to the cause.
1.1.8 Subject to the preceding rules and once the official result has been announced, the declared dividend will stand regardless of any subsequent alteration to the official result.
1.1.9 Betting Limited is prohibited by law from accepting pool entries from persons under 18 years of age, with the exception of football pool entries, which are legal for persons aged 16 and older . Betting Limited will refuse to accept pool entries where it has reason to believe that the person placing them is doing so on behalf of persons under the legal age. Any pool entries found to have been placed by or on behalf of a person under the legal age will be void.
1.1.10 In the event of a failure, for whatever reason, which prevents the declaration of a dividend, the stakes of the Betting Limited(s) Pool concerned may be refunded.

1.1.14 Where a selected player in a customer’s team does not play in the match, a player of nearest equivalent value in the same playing position will be substituted into the customer’s team. If the customer’s team is below the budget ceiling it will be the nearest higher value player who still fits within budget, otherwise it will be the nearest lower value player.
1.1.15 In a pool that covers several games, if a player does not play in an event because their team has been knocked out in a previous round of the pool, the team selection stands, and that player accrues no more points.
1.1.16 All Betting Limited pool entries on a single game are void if a game does not take place on the day scheduled, unless otherwise advertised. The rules for multiple leg pool entries are as stated in the relevant section of the rules.
